The Cyprus Registrar of Companies issues UBO Registry Directive
The Legal Drafting Team of our Firm has advised the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry for the legal drafting and vetting of the legal framework regulating the registry of Beneficial Owners of Companies and other legal Entities.
On the 12th March 2021, the Cyprus Registrar issued the relevant Directive drafted by our law frim in cooperation with the Registrar and the Ministry.
