Public Consultation for the National Electronic Identity Scheme
Our Firm has completed the legal drafting and vetting of Amending Laws and Regulations for the introduction of a National Electronic Identity Scheme in Cyprus.
The Director of the Department of Electronic Communications announced on the 17th January 2020 the launch of a public consultation, aiming to receive comments/suggestions from the public and interested parties.
The public consultation document can be downloaded from the link below. Please note that the document is in Greek.
Interested parties are invited to submit their comments by the 21st February 2020.
